To make a return valid, you must send an email to mxcorazon.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Returns" and meet the following conditions:
The mail must be sent the same day of receipt of the package.
The product must have a manufacturing defect (take into account that it is a handmade product) or handling during transport.
Indispensable Attach photographic evidence with the damaged item.
Purchase receipt must be attached.
Consider that the item (s) to be returned cannot be used and must be kept in their original packaging.
Those items that are damaged or present flaws, for reasons beyond our handling or shipping, may not be considered for exchange or refund.
In the event that the product is out of stock or discontinued, we will be offering you the option to replace it.
Parcel charges must be borne by the customer.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All the products offered by this website, they are handcrafted and are subject to stock, if you make a purchase and it runs out in the period while your payment is being processed, you will be contacted to offer you a replacement or notify you of the approximate arrival time of the selected product.

Artisanal products may have a small variation from one piece to another in color or design, since they are made by hand.
Prices may change without notice, this depends on the raw materials used by artisans in their communities.
