Where is our store located? 
Our store is 100% online, we do not have a physical store.  We ship worldwide.
 

Can an item in my order run out?  
Once you have selected and confirmed your order, we will begin to prepare it. During this time, if a product, size or color of your order is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement of your liking.

Can I request to wrap my order for a gift? 
Of course you can! You can add the “Gift wrapping” option for an extra charge of $40 MXN ($4 USD) and add a personalized note.  
 

How do I track my order?
When you complete the purchase we begin to prepare your order, once it is ready an email will be sent to you with the information and tracking number of the shipping service you selected so that you can track your shipment at all times.  

Important note: Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.  

 

What are the reasons why an order can be delayed?
When a delay occurs in the delivery of an order, it may be due to in-depth customs checks in cases of purchases abroad,  and also due to saturation due to demand in high seasons, let's not forget that due to the global situation of Covid-19, packages can be checked and sanitized causing delays.  
 

How to take care of my handmade garment? 
It is recommended to wash the garments by hand with neutral soap or in a washing machine without blades in a delicate cycle and with similar colors, hang to dry in the shade.
 

What protocols do we use for Covid-19?
We are interested in the safety of all our customers, we use face masks and gloves to pack all orders, our products and packaging are sanitized before being deposited in the parcel service.
